Kim Weyrauch is a highly experienced realtor and the owner/operator of a successful real estate team affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. She entered the real estate industry in 2006 and has consistently achieved outstanding performance, consistently ranking in the top 10-20% of realtors. One of Kim’s notable strengths is her dual licensure in Tennessee and Kentucky, which enables her to assist clients looking for properties in both states. She is a graduate of the Tennessee REALTORS Leadership Program: Academy of Real Estate Advancement (A.R.E.A.). In addition, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Clarksville Association of Realtors and has held positions such as Chair of the Entertainment Committee, Co-chair of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC), and committee member for Budget & Finance, Professional Development, and the Spreading our Support Foundation (SOS). Outside of her professional life, Kim is devoted to her family. She and Alan have a combined family that includes three daughters, one son, twelve grandchildren, two cats, and their beloved Newfoundland named Jaxon.
