First time homebuyer - AMAZING experience

My wife and I came to Kim Weyrauch in a bit of a panic. We had roughly 30 days to move after being given short notice. I also had less than perfect credit and to be honest, had no faith that I’d be able to secure a home in the current market with my situation.

Well, Kim proved me wrong. From the first moment we spoke, she went to work IMMEDIATELY, to include getting me in contact with a fabulous lender. I felt so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process once we connected with Kim. We viewed several homes, chose one, placed an offer, and had it accepted within a couple of weeks. Kim was more than happy to answer our millions of questions during the process and was full of knowledge. Absolutely amazing

Kim is amazing and very knowledgeable! She was open to answering all of my questions at anytime of the day and no matter how many times I asked the same questions she always found a way to explain it to me!

Excellent and knowledgeable

Kim went above and beyond to meet our needs as we were looking for our home. She understood our “midst-haves” and our desires in purchasing this property. She had several listings printed out for us and ready to go explore on a Sunday. She spent most of the day with us, giving us the attention we needed. Even at the end of our day, she got a last minute message that this house on Rich Ellen fell through and was available to view. We went and put an offer in that very night. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable as she would call others to answer questions that she was not familiar with.

As a new resident coming from Hawaii to Kentucky. She was always there searching for a perfect home for my family. After years of living away from the Clarksville area, my husband and I decided to sell our rental property--a former residence--and we chose Kim Weyrauch to represent us. Not only did she handle the listing, but she managed the necessary repairs and cleanup required to make it show ready and she provided excellent advice and guidance when we received five offers within a 24 hour period for our listing.

In less than 48 hours, we had an accepted offer with a quick closing that promised a quick and ready purchase of our property. When the inspectors listed additional items that needed repair, Kim took care of those as well, and not once did my husband or I need to make the trip back to Clarksville to complete the sell of the house. Kim kept us completely informed throughout the process, and we were never left wondering how things were progressing.

And then something none of us could have possibly expected happen. On the day of the buyer's walk-through less than 48 hours until the closing on the house the buyer and her realtor discovered that our garage door had been jimmied and our house had been broken into. The stove and microwave had been stolen, and the criminals had decided to have a party in our empty house! The place was a mess, and the buyer, as you can imagine, was quite distraught and we were, too! In more than 15 years, we had never had something like that happen at our house, and the only thing we could imagine happened is that the criminals took the empty house, which was normally rented, as a sign of opportunity and acted. It was quite disturbing.

And this is where Kim Weyrauch rose above all the other realtors in our opinion she made the call to the police, met them there and gave them a report. Then she took pictures and sent them to us for our insurance company, and she reached out to her contractors to get all of the repairs completed, a stove and microwave bought and installed, and she and her sister cleaned the house themselves working until midnight the day before the closing to ensure that it was in perfect shape for the sale.

Surprisingly, the close of the home happened on time and to everyone's satisfaction. It was an incredible and diligent effort on Kim's part that truly went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend Kim for all of your realty needs. She can be trusted to handle and manage the sell of your home as if it were her own!

Kim is awesome. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were able to see any house we wanted. Coming from almost 2 hours away, never have I met someone so honest and integrable and someone who listens to what we wanted in a house and made sure it happened.
